Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of Reposia.

Service description

Reposia is a decision-support platform for Australian NDIS providers preparing Short-Term Respite (STR) funding requests. Reposia structures evidence, assesses readiness, and generates submission-ready documentation.

Decision support disclaimer

Reposia is a decision-support tool only. It does not make NDIS funding decisions, provide legal advice, or guarantee approval outcomes. All final funding decisions are made by the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Users remain responsible for the accuracy and completeness of information submitted to the NDIA.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Organisation administrators are responsible for managing team access and ensuring appropriate use within their organisation.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into Reposia, including participant records, evidence documents, and generated documents. We do not claim ownership of your content.

Acceptable use

Reposia must be used in accordance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements and applicable Australian law. You must not use the platform to submit fraudulent or misleading information to the NDIA.
