Reposia was built by people who have worked in and around NDIS service delivery — and who have seen the gap between what providers know and what they can consistently document under pressure.
Short-Term Respite submissions fail for predictable reasons. The evidence was incomplete. The carer context was too vague. The duplication risk with existing supports was not addressed. The justification read like a generic template rather than a specific account of the participant's situation.
Reposia was designed to make those gaps visible — before submission, not after rejection. The readiness engine evaluates evidence against the same criteria an NDIA delegate would use: informal support arrangements, carer sustainability, functional impact on daily life, alignment with reasonable and necessary criteria, and duplication risk with existing funded supports.
The platform does not replace professional judgement. It supports it — by providing a repeatable structure that any team member can follow, and by generating records that are clear about what evidence was present and what was still needed at the time of submission.

NDIS evidence requirements are specific. Reposia replaces informal checklists with a structured intake process that captures exactly what the readiness engine needs to assess a request properly.

Built around operational reality
STR requests are completed under time pressure, often by teams with variable NDIS experience. Reposia is designed to lift the floor — giving every team member access to the same structured process.
Reposia is a decision-support tool. It assesses evidence and surfaces gaps based on documented NDIS criteria. It does not make NDIA funding decisions, does not provide legal or compliance advice, and does not guarantee that any request will be funded. Final funding decisions remain with the NDIA.
